1. About these terms

Little Tales operates https://outlittletales.com and sells children's clothing, toys, books and accessories in Bangladesh. These terms apply to every order placed through the site.

We may update them; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of our staff, or repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you press pay.

If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

Delivery is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 elsewhere in Bangladesh, and free above ৳2,000.

If a price is listed wrongly, we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery estimates run from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees — couriers are affected by weather, holidays and strikes.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, unused, unwashed and with tags intact. Hygiene items, innerwear and personalised products are excluded.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash or bank transfer.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.

7. Product information

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and measurements in the size guide are body measurements with normal manufacturing tolerance.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, resell our content, or attempt to interfere with it. Reviews and messages you submit must be your own and must not be unlawful or abusive; we may remove content that is.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect loss, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
